Having trouble getting started

Hello y’all!

New to the site and having some difficulty.
I have created my profile but cannot:

1. Change my location
2. Find the club I shoot at
   Work from my smart phone as I have no internet.
   Does anyone have an idea what I am doing wrong?
   I know the club or matches they host are there.
   As I showed up at the last match and was told I could not shoot without registering on this site.
   Fortunately there were a couple cancellations, and I was allowed to participate.
   Any help or guidance for a new guy would be greatly appreciated.

If you search through the tutorials you will find alot of help.
As far as resetting your map here you go… You can use the search function for a club or for finding matches.

I can’t find my results. Log into your Practiscore account. Go to Scores. Type the name of your match. Click on the name of the match that you shot. Then, find your name in the completed scores. OR… Log into your Practiscore account. Go to your Dashboard. Scroll down to Recent Events. Find the match that you want to find the results for. Click on that match. Then, find your name in the completed scores. Either way will get you there!!! [image] [image] [image]

Why are my Matches not in my Dashboard?

Why are matches I have shot not appearing in my Dashboard? So you’ve just shot a match, but don’t see your scores on your dashboard! What do you do next? First, you’ll need to see if scores have been posted. Make sure to check under the “Scores” tab on Practiscore. Some matches post their scores under the match/club initials, but we do NOT recommend this as many clubs share initials with others around the world. How do I squad in my Match?

I cannot squad for a match I’ve signed up for. Log into your Practiscore account. Go to your Dashboard. Go to the match you have already signed up for. If the Match Director has approved, you to squad then find a squad with open spots. Once you have decided which squad you want to shoot on click on that squad then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Select Squad. You will automatically be put into that squad if it isn’t already full. (See the attached photos for screen views) …

Keep in mind, we suggest that clubs list themselves with the complete club name.
Say “DJ’s Special Shooting Club” unfortunately some of them still list the club as initials, for example"DSSC" compared to the whole name. It makes it very difficult for Anyone to find them.
But you can find them via the map if you know where it is.

I seem to have created two practiscore accounts. One on my phone and one on my computer. One has the ID as RiverVan_1@juno.com and the second RiverVan_1@hotmail.com.
Can anyone merge these two accounts? Now I see the S Florida defensive challenge under one, and the Florida state match under the other.
