Scores show in match results but not dashboard

I attended an Sig event on 2024-08-09 and my scores show up there but my dashboard doesn’t show it. I pinged Sig and they said my email is OK. I saw in another post something about being a walk-on being an issue. I saw the event late and was unable to register via PS so I was a walk-on. Is it possible to get the scores linked to the dashboard?
