No pay link presented

I have a limit of 91 shooters.
The 91st shooter (when he registered, he is #90 now) Ron Ramirez was approved without being presented the pay link. He used the regular registration link not my staff link.

I have resent his personal management link and am waiting to hear back.

Any ideas?

Checking on this now. Not sure what could have caused this, but I’m also letting a couple of other people know who might have ideas.
