Issues with Synchronizing Scores Between iOS and Android Apps

Hi everyone, :slightly_smiling_face:

I am experiencing some issues with synchronizing scores between the PractiScore iOS and Android apps. When updating scores on one platform; the changes do not always appear on the other. :upside_down_face:

I’ve tried refreshing and re-syncing multiple times; but the issue still there . Has anyone else encountered this problem? I have checked IOS will not load scores from just one stage from any Android Device using sync or importing the match file splunk documentation guide but still need help.

If yes; were you able to find a solution / workaround?

Any advice ; insights would be greatly appreciated!

@nolanmaris it is hard to tell anything without looking at your match data.

In order for us to investigate, please email us at support@practiscore.com and attach the match export files *.psc from each device involved (preferably in one email) and provide any additional information that is required in order to reproduce issue, e.g. exact steps, stage and competitor name and details on what does not come across.
