Whoops, looks like something went wrong

I’ve used PS for my annual rimfire carnival for seven years. Cloned it for the 8th year. One shooter already signed up. Now shooters are experiencing the “Whoops, looks like something went wrong” error when trying to register. I have not edited anything since the first shooter registered. What am I missing?

When you say for the 8th year do you mean you have cloned your match from the beginning annually for 8 years? That would mean that you are using an original match that is 8 years old. It is not surprising that does not work. We recommend never cloning matches more than 60 days at a time.
It’s quite possible it is not fixable. As you have just started what I would suggest would be to create a brand new match and then move the one shooter who has registered over to the new match. After that delete the cloned match and you should be good to go.
