Where is the Lottery button?

Under the Approve/view section you have a randomize button which will assign a random lottery number for your shooters. Then you can sort the shooters using the lottery button.
What is this feature used for?
Some matches uses the lottery option instead of the system automatically approving shooters on a first-come, first-serve basis. It’s basically a random order generator.
