Waitlisted Competitors Not Receiving Confirmation Email When Approved

Just like the title says, when I approve a shooter that has been waitlisted, they are not receiving the email to let them know they have been approved and can squad. I even tried it to myself, and it didn’t work.

Any help?

We would need an exact link to the club and an exact link to the match with the problem.
We have looked at this hundreds of times in the end the email is always being sent out of the PS system and it is the receiving email server that is not distributing it. The emails are always found in the user’s practiscore dashboard inbox.
With one big exception, quite often long-term cloned matches will not work properly in an administrative function. We recommend never cloning past 30 days from the original created match.
