Using Amazon Fire tablets with PS2

@Kevin_Collins assuming you are running the latest app version and the same app version on all devices, could you check the following:

  • verify that location services are turned on on these devices and that location permission is granted to the app on a given device

  • do you see the wifi network name at the bottom right corner in the app or it shows “unknown”?

  • on your gen11 device. Go to the sync screen and tap and hold the “Pull” button to see the network info (on the right of the manual sync code entry field). Use “copy” action on the popup to copy network info and save into an email.
    Do the same on your gen12 or gen10 device.
