Update classification error

Today I had a problem when doing update classification for our monthly match. Using an android tablet and a phone produced the same result. I also tried making a new match and encountered the same issue. It pops up an error message that says ‘Filed to process update; java.util.zip.ZipException: zip file is empty’. How can I fix this? Thanks!

I sent them the note below a few days ago (with more technical details included). No response so far.

It looks like the USPSA website is somehow blocking downloading of several resources as used by PractiScore app for Android when working with USPSA matches.
