Suggested events in VA for disabled vets with mobility issues

Disabled retired vet with some mobility issues—can stand & move on legs, can’t run. Like to do something competitive as well as more training to learn and improve. Qualified in rifles and handguns in uniform, CCW holder for decades, but need to meet new people, get diverse experiences, and add variety to training to progress.
Handgun experience but desire more than shooting in an NRA cubicle every week. Practice basic skills, but know I’m a novice to shooting competition. Appreciate suggestions where and how to start with competitions and tailored training involving movement and cover/barriers. Live in NoVA.
Thanks. Merrick Krause

Please understand that Practiscore does not actually put on the events.
The clubs and match Directors do.
I would suggest contacting clubs that you are interested in shooting with and discuss with them the options they can provide you. You can search them on the PS web site.
Personally I’ve been involved with many matches helping disabled shooters. From folks like you all the way to shooters with multiple missing limbs and or prosthetics.
Talk to local clubs.
