Stage Videos still show Video Pending

Have loaded videos for two weeks now, they always show completed, they are not huge file sizes, but they ALL show Video Pending, even a week after the upload has completed.

Is there a step I am missing? Is there a video approval process?

Any help would be appreciated.

The web team has been notified and will look into it.

Hi, bug still present both for old and newly uploaded videos.
