Stage Briefing Import Default Scoring Type to Comstock2

I’ve been building my stages on the web including target & steel count and round count for years with no issues.
In PractiScore 2 it’s setting the Scoring Type to Comstock2 instead of Comstock.
I’ve never had to specify the Scoring Type before. Is there a way to change this default or have it import correctly?
For now i’m having to update each stage after importing from web.

@Andrew_Bryden what is wrong with Comstock2 ?

As Comstock2 I can’t score C or D. Everything is preset as an A score.

That is not the case. Though you have to select the right targets. E.g. steel don’t have C,D and A4 doesn’t have D zone.

I’m using the same stage description format that I’ve always used. And if i import this match into practiscore 1 it sets as COMSTOCK, when I import it into Practiscore2 it sets as COMSTOCK2.

@Andrew_Bryden that is correct and you don’t need to change anything

Was this issue ever sorted. I am having the same problem. PS2 defaults to comstock2. when this happens I lose any plates/poppers that have been included in the stage brief on the practiscore.com site

@Foymore_IPSC_Rifle_P ahhh…

Why haven’t you guys reported issue with the target configuration when stage configuration is filled in from the stage briefing? I will look into that.

The Comstock2 scoring is a superset of Comstock. The latter may eventually go away, because Comstock2 is offering the same HF scoring, but allows more flexibility for the target configuration.
