Can this be blocked? Is my only option to delete this?
Just delete it and see if it happens again.
Hey DJ, We get several spam registrations each week w/o payment. How is this allowed if payment is mandatory in order to register? Deleting them is not really a good long-term option.

Can you confirm to me that the Events are Not Cloned? Or if the are cloned, the event date may not be more then 60 day out and cloned from an original not more than 60 days old. Therefore from the original cloned event to the event date not more than 120 days.
I clone our events, just as I clone our matches. Event date is within 3 weeks, but original event may be older than 120 days. We have annual range events that I also clone. Why the 120 day issue? Why would the original event date >120 days be allowing the spam registrations?
Matches with a match code older than the 120 day request may not work properly depending on changes made to the website over time. This is exactly why we do not suggest it.
Do you have a match/event with one of the âspamâ registrations in it right now. Unless we can see one it is hard to check.
Hello, both the 3/22 and 3/30 classes/events have a spam registration that I have withdrawn.
When I clone our events, I typically clone from the newest event, which is only a month or two old. Shouldnât that work?
If you pull the âspamâ registrants out then we have nothing to look at.
The clone continues to use the code from the Originally Created Match. If you clone again and again for 12 month then you still are using a match that is really 12 month old. If you must clone we suggest creating a new match, clone it twice (if itâs a monthly clone) then start again. If itâs a yearly match create a new one every time.

The registrations are still there, the status is just withdrawn.
Itâs odd that we have never had this issue before, and weâve been cloning our events forever.
How does it allow a registration w/o payment?
Please be more specific (which event/match, what person, etc)so we know exactly what to look at. It will be looked into during normal business next week.
