good morning. I was told that the scores from our last match were not showing up on the shooters personal pages. I read through the Help and saw that one cause may be no email addresses on the uploaded scores. I checked my PS2 software and only 1 of the shooters emails downloaded to the tablet. I added all the emails yesterday and reloaded the scores and they are still not showing up.
Can you tell me what I am missing? Thanks Scott

There are so many issues that can cause score to not track to dashboards.
Not having the email definitely. (as that is how the tracking works)
Not having registration online, Using cloned matches past the suggested creation parameters, changing the match, posting with bad tracking and then re-posting. etc.
Your club has so many matches pre-created I imagine you’re cloning and that easily could be a problem. Or you are creating to far out.
Here is the canned email I use and adjust when things don’t show up.
Having your matches track to your dashboard is not a guarantee. The link can be broken by the match director doing a few things before posting of the match. It can also happen if you did not register online and registered at the match, if your email was not done correctly it will not link. Or if you have changed your email in the system.
It works most of the time but it’s not guaranteed to work every single time in every single situation. You might check with your match director and ask them to double check your email in the master tablet and then repost the results.
Luckily, you can always use the search function under the scores tab to find your match results.
