When we upload Scores they are not posting on our club Dashboard. They do post on shooters dashboard though.
Other board members have tablets and when they upload scores they post both on the South Florida Pistol Club Dashboard and the register shooters Dashboard as well. We checked all the settings on all the tablets and they seem to be the same.
Am I missing a tablet setting somewhere?
Please help.
Thank you,
James B.
If you download registration by pin number to make the match it is supposed to take care of this. I think if you make the match and just import the registrations it may not do this automatically. You should be able to enter your PS ID when posting to associate it with the club - or you can use the claim results at the bottom of the posted scores to associate it with your club.
Used the pin to download registration, and claimed results did not work on this particular tablet. The other tablets work fine.
We have 4 Bod members who run our matches that have 5 tablets each and only on Bod has this issue. We tried everything.
Can you be more precise and share more information about the match? Five users and five different sets of tablets does that mean five different match types? The match that you are importing, is it cloned? Who created it and when was it created? Are your tablets different than the other tablets? Do they have a different version of practiscore? Do they have a different operating system than the other tablets?
What match type are you shooting?
What is the name of the club and what is the name of the match?
The more info the better.
No, 5 board members have 5 tablets each. They run different matches with no issues except one of them when they upload scores it does not show in our club Dashboard only the shooters dashboard.
Our Stats director creates our matches, some are cloned and some not. All the tablets in the problem person that has 5 tablets have the same version and operating system.
They are shooting Outlaw Steel. We created as Action Steel. Take a look at the SFPC club (South Florida Pistol Club) The match in question was last Sunday 12/8/2024. It happens with the same person that runs those tablets.
@James_Bembanaste
I’m sending you a direct email. I’m seeing many issues within the club and matches being set up.
Thank you D.J.
Was discussing with this board member the issue last night and we are meeting tonight to go over how he is downloading with pin and setting up. From his statements I think I know what could be the issue but can not confirm until I meet with him.
Have not received a direct email from you as of yet. I will email you through here my club email address. Thank you.
