Registration without required payment

Good morning,

My October 25th event for “Open Arms in High View, WV” has Brian S. registered but does not show the required Stripe payment next to his name. Is there an internal log that shows he paid?

I’m asking here first before talking to him or Stripe to minimize confusion.

Added info- I checked and Stripe did not receive or process a payment. Still wondering how a registration got through without the required payment.

Have you refreshed your browser or cleared cache?
Here is what I see. It’s the same as what you should see.

Here’s what it showed before I did anything this morning.

DJ- thanks for the reply. I didn’t refresh the cashe, but just refreshed the browser and here it is. Not sure why it would have shown like that at any point. I had refreshed it several times before… The funny part is that is just hit Stripe on Oct 7th at night, even though he registered in September.

Either way I’ll take it!
