Registration auto approved 2 more people than slots

I just had a match go live for registration with 37 spots at 7P CST. I prefilled 11 spots for our core group/RO’s. Match filled in under 10 minutes, but instead of auto approval stopping at 37, it let 2 additional people in for a total of 39.

I was AFK on a work call and the other two people with access did not go into our club page and touch anything.

Reg form is clearly set to 37 people and 39 approved. We will make due, we usually get a cancel or two, but I don’t know what happened. Any help would be appreciated.

To give a little more context. I uploaded 9 registrations via csv file and manually added one shooter more than 24 hours before registration opened. I then added one more shooter about 12 hours in advance.
