The refund menu item which opens the two prompts asking what amount to refund, followed by a prompt asking who will cover the fees does not work using a phone. When you click “refund” on the phone, the page just rolls over and does nothing. It’s very confusing to less technical people as they will think the refund has been issued.

Clicking the link on the desktop will show the correct prompts. End result is we can only do refunds using a PC.
