We have had to cancel our upcoming match and have started refunding competitors through practiscore. We got halfway through and it not gives error messages of “no such charge” or “already refunded” without showing a refunded symbol next to their name. The stripe manager has confirmed they have not refunded anyone on their end.
I will have our webmaster look at it but what I would do at this point if I were you is do the refunds old school.
Well that means is the way we did it before we had the integration.
Login to your stripe account and You can refund everybody through there easily.
The other thought I have about it not working. If the money has been transferred out of stripe into the club’s bank account then it won’t work And you will have to put some money back into stripe.
As I’m typing all this I’m thinking the second situation is probably more what happened.
