I updated my email address, and lost all of my recent events. I did add my previous email address to the “additional email addresses” section in settings, which then made the last match I competed in under my new email address, disappear.
Any ideas? or does it maybe need time to propagate through the system to connect everything? When I changed my email it took over a week before I lost all my other recent events.
Having your matches track to your dashboard is not a guarantee. The link can be broken by changing your primary email, even if you add the original email to the account in the additional section they may not come back.
Other times if the match director modifies a few things before posting of the match. It can also happen if you did not register online and registered at the match, if your email was not done correctly it will not link.
It works most of the time but it’s not guaranteed to work every single time in every single situation.
Luckily, you can always use the search function under the scores tab to find your match results.
