PS2 Bug: Can't Have Infinite No-Shoots in Comstock

Repro steps:

  1. Create/have a Comstock stage with some paper target, with maximum number of hits=1
  2. Enter scores for this stage
  3. Try entering more than 1NS on a single target

Expected Result:
can have 1A and 3NS on a target with number of hits=1

Actual Behavior:
PS2: Tapping NS square after it has 1 in it does nothing
PS1: Can add more than 1 no-shoot

Affected version:
PractiScore 2.0.0+23 from Google Play Store on Kindle Fire HD 10 (13th Gen)
