Previous matches are not linked to my account

Good time of the day,

May I ask whether there is anything I can do to link previous matches to my account? All of them were shot before I have registered an account and only one have appeared in the dashboard. At the same time results are under “Scores”. My suspicion is that match directors did not enter email addresses for participants.

Hello,
You’re exactly correct. The only way to fix all this would be for you to contact the match directors ask them to go into the old matches on their tablet (if they have them). Add your email and then repost the match results.
Tracking only works if your correct email is in that match file.
