We are having an issue with folks changing scores . Is there a setting that requires a PIN code to allow modification of the score ?

Explain what you mean by people are changing scores? The only place scores can be entered/changed is on the scoring tablets that are under control of the range officers.
Give us a little more insight on what’s exactly going on.
You do know that score changes can be looked at in the edit section? You can see when and to what the scores are changed.
