Hi!,
It seems that I am not getting notifications when a shooter changes anything on their registration, or more importantly, when they withdraw from the match. Up until last month, I was getting these notifications. It seems that I am no longer receiving them for my current match. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Will be happy to help if you can share more information with us. Maybe the match name and the club name or links to both. Is this match created from scratch or was it cloned? Have you looked in your practiscoreg inbox on your dashboard to see if you’re getting messages there?
We will wait for more information so we can look into this.
Hi DJ,
I believe this match was cloned. I have cloned matches in the past, but do not recall having notification issues. I just changed the email address that practiscore uses for club communication. Emails outside of practiscore are filling the inbox just fine. I had a competitor change divisions as a test to see if I would get a notification, and did not. I was also informed of a shooter who withdrew from the match through practiscore, and again, was not not notified. I would also like to mention this is a brand new problem. I was getting match notifications up until last months match. Thanks!

After you changed the club email did you go into all the existing match registration pages and change the email there???
I need the club name please.
p…s please review this tutorial
The club name is Dutchess County Pistol Association (EL15). Ultimately, I would like all withdrawals and any type of registration changes that registered shooters make going to uspsa.dcpa@gmail.com. Thanks for your prompt attention. We have a match this weekend and the weather may affect registration. Getting the withdrawals or changes would be very much appreciated.
hold on…i know my screen shot and yours look the same, but i was showing something different at the time (or at least i thought it was). Can you confirm that the correct email address (dcpa.uspsa@gmail.com) is correct, and that I will now get notified of the match registration changes? Thanks you so much again for your time!
I just had someone change their division and again, I was not notified and neither shooter did not get an email about the change either
How old is the original match that you have been cloning from?
Also changing emails around after the match was created may have broken the email chain.
Both of these could have broken the links to email.
I suggest you kill the march match a build it from scratch.
Please review the cloning tutorial.
We suggest never cloning more than 60 days out and never using and original clone that is more than 60 days old.
Personally, I never clone. If I have alot of data I copy and paste.
Im not sure how old the original match was. The reason I changed it to its current email is because I wasnt getting it from the previous one. I used to get emails from no-reply@practiscore.com like this…
I will scrap the march match and start all over again, but what can we do with the February match?
Manage it manually from the Approve/View page and the Match Dashboard.
How will I know if a shooter requests to withdraw without a notification?
Use the match dashboard You currently have 5 requests to withdraw and one guy in the approve view page who is not approved to squad.
Using these two pages is how I manage every match. I very rarely pay attention to the emails because I look at my open matches every day.
Thank you very much. I didnt know the dashboard had that kind of info. I just waited to get an email about a request to withdraw, and then knew to log into the match and make the change. I would still like to make sure the emails come in, but for right now, I will use the dashboard. Thank you
Just don’t use a clone more than two times. And don’t change the emails in your club/match when you have live matches.
If you continue to have problems email support@practiscore.com
