No Scores For GMs in Class Leaders

When viewing match results on my master scoring device (iPad), in the Class Leaders section, there are no scores showing for the GM class. I have GMs in the match, and they show in the overall scores, but there is no GM class at all, in any division. I made sure the updates are current. I have no idea how to fix this.

The reports are based on what classes you have declared in the match. See the class editing screen in the app.

@Julie_Hartley
To add to Eugene’s information. IF we are talking about USPSA The official class designation for a grandmaster is a G not a GM.

I definitely have all the classes declared in the match. This is specifically for SCSA. Going to try to attach photos so you can see what I’m seeing.

Ok I see the issue. On the PS website, when creating a Scsa match, the default classification list shows GM. I will correct this manually in the match I’m dealing with right now, and will update it for future matches. Incidentally, though, when I did the “update classification” function, it left them all as GM. I changed one of my known GMs to a G and reran classifications. It changed him back to GM.

@Julie_Hartley you aren’t looking at the right place.

Edit Shooters/Squads / top right menu / Classes

I have all the classes listed.

Except you have G class here and GM on the shooters.

The letters have no meaning for the app, it uses them as is.

I had them as G. When I ran the update classification function, it changed them back to GM.

The classification update data comes from SCSA and we also take it and apply as it. You’d have to bring it up with them.

In the mean time you can edit recognized classes in your match to be in sync with competitor’s info.

I have nothing “GM” in my registration form or anywhere on the PS website. When I use the PIN to pull the match into the app, anyone who is a “G” on the website turns to “GM” as soon as I run the update classification function. I do that weekly the last couple of weeks before the match so I can catch anyone who goes expired.

Got it. Thanks.
