Practiscore 2 worked till this week. At weekly match NO hit factor 00.0000. My thoughts were it was a cloned match for a long time. I created a new match still NO hit factor calculated. Downloaded the next match in old practiscore and hit factor works.
As you noticed yourself it is match-specific issue. Please email details how match was created and brought in to a tablet at support@practiscore.com

I also had this issue with my PCSL 2-gun match Sunday March 2nd. It’s very frustrating. I had match type as “Hit Factor.” Imported all the shooter info thru pin, created stages on master tablet morning-of. My only mess up was deleting all targets and re-building them as I walked the stages that afternoon. To get the engagement order more in line with the way they’d be walked. Only after all that was done did I sync everything to slave tablet.
That’ s how our match looked too on practiscore. I then created a new match from scratch and we did a test match and still “no hit factor”. We have used old practiscore since not wanting to risk it.

We can fix the past match results and also an option added to the PractiScore 2 app to help with this issue.
The web team is addressing the root cause for this issue on the match registration website where data is coming from when you use the match pin# import in the app.
