You’re going to have to share more information with us. What tablets are you using? What kind of network are you using? Have you used this network before?.

Using an iphone XR ,first time to try using ang cp to be the main ,my ipad have its sync code ,i can transfer data from tablet to iphone but cannot bu iPhone to tablet
