Can I modify a stage to remove Time Required after a match has been scored?
We don’t use time for the type of match and some stages were created with time required set.
The match has been scored, but results are being scored for ties with time.
I see that I can edit the Stage and uncheck the time required box. However, I am reluctant to save this as I am not sure if it will cause any issues (remove scores, etc.).
Can I do safely do this and have the scores reflected correctly?

@Christopher_Jollie probably. But you will have to try it for yourself.
You can export match before making changes and then re-import it back if it does not work out.
Also, if you don’t want to modify your original match - create a clone (from the match entry menu), keep the scores, modify the cloned match as you see fit and see if things work as expected, then you can delete a cloned match.

Just wanted to clarify- I have scored it on one of the tablets, not the master tablet, but have not done anything further.
Should I sync to the master, then export? Or sync to master, then cloud, the export or clone?
I’d recommend syncing all your data to master first. Then play with it on the master only.
The match export file contains all your match data at the time of export, so you can restore to that point.
