Hi there, trying to refund a membership fee, but on clicking OK on the refund dialog, nothing happens. Similar if entering the fee amount and trying to submit.
Any ideas?

You might make sure that there are funds in the stripe account. If the system has sent all the money to your bank account that means there is no money in the system to pay a refund.
Take a look at that and see if that’s what it is.

Thx, I was able to refund his match ticket, so I would think we have cash in Stripe… will check with stripe admin.
