How does the email icon appear in membership? We have memebership that has expired but no icon. We’d like to send out emails.

Hi Greg, the email icon pops up automatically based on the expiration date. What do you see as the “Next” payment date for the member and also if you click the pencil icon, what do you see as the “Custom Payment Date”?
