When searching for matches by state, you can select which state that you want to look for a match in, but it looks like when match details are input the search field can have the states full name, or the abbreviation and when the abbreviation is used, that match will not be in the search results.

If this is the case, what and where is the best correction as the “google address” is recommended to use?

The matches search criteria are set by the match set up page. It the MD uses the abbreviation OH then the search works off OH. If they use Ohio for the match then the search uses Ohio. We do not control that.
The geo location does work off the Google based address so if the MD uses something different then it works how it work.:person_shrugging:t2:
