Is there a way to make a dropdown menu for selecting Region in registration form in website?
Example:
IPSC match, shooters need to input Region. Some write whole name of country, some write with prefix, some write with wrong letter order etc… then all have to be manually corrected / edited in PS app in order to be scored as that particular Region…
If not by dropdown menu, what is the solution except manually check?

no.
still manual input, and manual correction for wrong region codes.
Use the single selection field and add the regions as they should be written.
Then you will have consistency over what the shooters choose.

Hi, it is possible to add a drop-down list and enter 423 shooting clubs into it, so that the shoter can select it from the drop-down list, manualy it is complicated
