Couple question here as we now use PS for club membership fees.
I think I read in a previous post that you can give members a discount on match fees. I am assuming that this is based on the current status within PS fo each member.
And my question is, can we also include that membership field in the match shooters export? Currently we had to add the custom field and ask if they were a member or not, and that would determine what they had to pay when they checked in. The problem of course is that this is on the honor system on what they checked on the registration form.
We are about to start using the online payment option for matches to save time. And it would be great to have that information available. We don’t always have the best access to the website when out on the range for verification.
Just wanting to make sure I completely understand how this works or does’nt work.

If you have valid members in your club membership the membership option will work with some exceptions.
If you clone matches it may not work. If you create matches more than 2 months in advance it may not work.
Currently you have a old template match I believe you are cloning from.
The Exportable spreadsheet is created from the match registration. The membership database does not integrate.
I personally do not use the membership discount option. I use the Price adjustment option and double check that all discounted shooters are actually members. Price adjustment also lets you offer other pricing such as Juniors or Seniors or Vets.
