We have a match coming up. For registration we required at least a down payment of $50. People are trying to pay the remaining balance but it is not showing they paid the initial $50 and requiring them to pay the full amount. What is going on with this.

Without the club and match info we cant really help.
Normally if you are not charging the full amount but taking deposits it is on the MD to send out a remaining match fee notification to each shooter.
It is very difficult and every single MD that has looked into it has just started making shooters pay to full amount.
Either you want to shoot the match (pay in full) or you don’t (pay nothing) 
It’s very easy now for MD’s to refund match fees via PS and Stripe.
