Just number of Hits - how to score?

I want to set up a match in which only counts given points (f.e. the number of fallen plates).
I would like to have a scoring, like for poppers in IPSC, which offers the whole number of plates as “hit” (points) and opens the option to add “misses” and “penalties”, which will decrease the number of points.

It would be a perfect solution, if i could have different values for the misses and penalties.
