Does Practiscore have an API that can be used to retrieve a competitor list for a match?
I would like to be able to write a utility that would extract the competitor name and USPSA numbers and use that info to lookup information about that person in our club’s membership database to generate a list of everyone who did not sign my club’s required liability waiver. A REST API would be really cool.
I’m not interested in writing a screen scraping hack.

We do not offer an API for our website.
If you are registering on Practiscore you can create a waiver and everyone must sign it to register for your match. Then you can export the match registration on a spreadsheet and it will give you a time stamp of when the waiver was signed, along with name and USPSA number if you set it up that way.
That’s so sad…Because a lot of developers could make awesome (and modern design apps) displaying competitor data with analysis which practiscore lacks terribly. If you don’t evolve, eventually someone will come and make a complete decent website, and you may be left behind… Just a constructive thought.

I’ve got the same problem!. Nowadays, it’s hard to keep up with all the events. In my region and my area of interest, we have very limited options. Even if I get a message about some match, usually it’s too late. That would be an awesome improvement to your system.
If you’ll consider the option to share the api, I may help you with that
