Is it possible to do something like this?

At the end of the competition the results are announced both individual and team”

Not in the PractiScore Competitor app.
But the MD can assign a team to each shooter to get the team results calculated for the match. Though mostly that works for per-division results as most of the sports require. You can try the combined results to see if the team results for combined produce what you wanted.
