I need to refund a shooter who was approved to withdrawal, but the refund options seems to not work after withdrawal. Also when the withdrawal was approved it removed the paid with stripe tag.

If you withdrawn the shooter before refunding them then it disconnects the refund option.
At this point what you will have to do is to go into the Stripe system and refund them through there. (Old way of doing it)
Is this still the case? I did not know that and have withdrawn folks from matches up through yesterday and been able to refund their fees after withdrawing. As of today I get the following message:
" We were unable to complete your refund request. Please try again later. If there was a problem on our end we have been notified."
We had to cancel a match and need to get those refunds out asap.

At this point the best way to do this is to go into your Stripe account and refund them from there.
Just make sure you have funds in the account to draw from.
