I need to change my primary email.
Log into your existing Practiscore account. Go to the triple bar icon in the corner of your dashboard. Go down to your person icon. Click on Edit Settings. Scroll down to Additional Email Address and click on Add Email. Enter the email that was your old email.
THEN proceed to the account area and change the email there to your new primary email.
When finished, click Update.
Now you have a new primary email and all your old results with your old email should still track to your dashboard. Unfortunately this does not always happen depending on how the match was created or how your email was connected to the match.
