How can I delete old emails from the inbox?
The inbox system Practiscore uses is not a traditional email box, as it is used to make sure shooters receive all match related emails just in case your email provider has marked us as spam. As such, emails cannot be deleted by anybody except us at Practiscore. Once the amount of emails has exceeded a certain total number across the website, our web team goes through and deletes old ones. The time span between these clean outs is usually between 3-4 months, depending on the amount of emails being sent from match staff to shooters across the world.
