How to correct a score already posted to Practiscore

Once a score has been posted to Practiscore, How do you post a corrected match score to Practiscore?

Hi @Bob_Harris,

You’ll need to contact the match director and have them change it and re-upload the scores.

I am the match director. I changed the score on the tablet and attempted to upload the revised score to Practiscore but Practiscore shows the original score that was posted.

@Bob_Harris it takes some time to get score refreshed on the website. Also you can try to refresh the browser cache (Ctrl-Refresh or Ctrl-F5 on PC).
