"High Available" results in PractiScore Competitor app

The “High Available” option is available for Hit Factor scored (IPSC/USPSA) and TPP matches from the main app menu in the top right corner of the screen.

When “High Available” option is enabled, the match results are sorted by the current “match points” + “available points”. That allow to estimate how competitors are ranked against each other in an on-going match, even when they shot different stages.

The “available points” are calculated as “total match points” minus already shot “match points”. Starting from version 1.2.48 the “available points” for not shot stages are adjusted with the average per-stage points lost (APL).

The “average per-stage points lost” are calculated as the sum of “points lost” (PL) at each complete stage divided by the number of completed stages.

With one or two stages left it also helps to see how many points competitor is ahead or behind and use it to adjust your strategy for these last stages (push hard or keep being consistent).

The pictures below shows results with one stage left and final results (right).
