Great work, and thanks for the latest update to get compatibility with SG timers

I really appreciate your great work in having fixed all problems which have been existing with SG to finally get now a fully compatible PS2 version that communicates with SG timers. Thank you for that. For all shooters who want to test it, just update the PS2 app and the firmware of the SG timer and create a new match in the PS2 app. Its seems that existing matches will not work with SG timer. But no problem, all matches created for new after the update will work with it. Kind regards, Christian

Thank you. However there are no reasons for existing matches to not work.
Linking of timers is a local per-device configuration.

Thanks for the integration. I am sure so many people (ROs mainly) were waiting for this.

However, would it be possible to add the support for PS1 as well? While i do understand that you’d want PS2 to be more used, PS1 is present a lot more compared to PS2 therefore on most matches where we work SG timers would be still out of luck because of this.

@Petr_Koudelka the PS1 apps are out for support since September 2024 and not available from the app stores anymore.

A statement like “present a lot more” does not tell us much. If you are missing some features in the PractiScore 2 apps please email specific details at support@practiscore.com

@euxx I am sorry i did not express myself clearly perhaps.
My whole point was that practically 100% of matches (lvl 3) i go to are PS1. Virtually nobody uses PS2 yet. I do use PS2 for my own matches but those are so small it’s not even worth discussing here.

Thanks for the info about PS1 deprecation. It is clear that SG support will not be added (because it’s simply not possible).
