I wanted to provide you with a clear explanation of why Practiscore didn’t send emails over the weekend. Here’s a breakdown of what happened:

Community.Practiscore.com Server: Our community server exposed its domain-specific API for sending emails.

Use of Key: The API key associated with sending emails was used, but unfortunately, it utilized our email reputation.

Email Account Freeze: As a result, our entire email account was temporarily frozen due to this unusual activity.

No Data Breach: I want to emphasize that no personal data was accessed or compromised during this incident.

Isolated to Community Site: The issue was isolated solely to the community site (community.practiscore.com). The main Practiscore.com site was unaffected, except for the temporary disruption of email services over the weekend.
