I released someone from our waitlist and they are getting an error when going into their match management page to pay. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Whomever handles the Stripe account for the club should log into your account and see whats going on there.
We really are just a portal from your club to Stripe when it comes to the money and its transfer. We never touch the $$$$$.

Closing the loop…confirming it was an issue in our Stripe account that required attention. Not sure what it was as the club treasurer handles that, but he fixed it quickly and we were back in business. Thanks
