Editing registration form with Android tablet

I was helping a colleague who was trying change the registration form by adding another division. They were using an Android tablet (not sure if that is important) but could not edit a field. They could pull up the registration form without issue and when they clicked on the field they wanted to change, it correctly turned blue. However, when they clicked Show Properties, nothing happened. Also they could not change the “enabled” checkbox. I made the necessary changes from my laptop without issue. Any ideas on what was preventing them editing the form?

You short answer is using mobile versus desktop.
The mobile devices never quite work the same when it comes to match management.
Considering that the 100s if not thousands of changes that have been made to the website and changes in hundreds of different different mobile devices it’s not surprising.
Personally I never do any match Management on a mobile device. Besides maybe checking on something. Everything is created and managed on a laptop or desktop for me.

I’ll mention it to the web team. But without in-depth analysis and tens of hours of digging in and I don’t know that they’ll be a conclusive answer.:person_shrugging:t2:

I do the same as you DJ. Though it works on my iPad fine. But even in this day and age, not everyone has access to a real computer. I’ll be interested in what they may have to say or suggest we try.
