Practiscore 1.xx Android and Apple we had a means to turn on/off auto decimal. Does 2.0 have a similar function or does it always add the decimal?

Not currently. Though why would you want to turn it off?
Agree with you but it was included in previous version and caused occasional problem for new scorers, who accidentally turned it off. I am teaching our scorers 2.0 and this was one of differences we identified and wanted to confirm that there was no way of turning it off.
