Deleting Clubs Created by Former Employees

Our club has recently starting migrating to Practiscore. Unfortunately, a former employee started a club he managed under our name. We have tried all the ways we could to delete the club, but no one has any access to the account. We have no contact with him to recover it that way, but are trying to remove the older, now deprecated, club. To make things worse, his email has also been removed, so we can’t even recover it that way.

Creating a club yourselves with the same club name is possible and do often. We do not, as a regular process, delete clubs without researching the original owner and reaching out to them. But we will look into it when we receive your email.
