Club Management Filters & Data

Looking to see if there are any plans to add some features to the Club Management pages. It is one area that all the shooting sports have in common. Club Management. We just started using it for our club management and it is lacking a few fields. Which I asked about previously. My next question or idea is that we should have a way to set auto approval when folks join a club. It isn’t for every club to use but I can’t imagine that it would be that hard to implement either. Also, It would be great to have a field with a date for last message sent. If I import a list into the club, they get sent an email that wasn’t showing correctly but they could read the button to remove themselves. There was no button to accept. If there was then it could have triggered the payment request email sent to them. Instead I have to click to send that notification to each individual. I am about to import almost 200 folks. Clicking on send is time consuming, but it makes it worse that I can’t tell who I have sent them to and who I haven’t. Being able to filter and send reminders in a single click would be great as well. Thoughts? Or is some of this present and I am missing it?

@Joe_Smith
There are no plans to makes changes to the Club Management section.
This was never meant to be a full fledged management system. It was originally built when a few clubs asked for a way to use the newly integrated (at the time) Stripe system to allow members to pay their yearly dues through the system.
Over time a few features have been added. But it’s a limited system.

The reality of a management system that would be similar to a club software package that you could purchase (and things you are asking about) is that the complete integrated software package would be larger that ALL of the current Practiscore system.
That, unfortunately, is not a road we have been looking to go down.

You might look into other club type management packages to meet your needs.

Could you possibly find a way to force a PS Memeber # for those that were imported, or make it an editable field. At least that unique number would make the export usable for an external DB.

@Joe_Smith
We do not use member numbers.
We use each persons email, which is unique to each person the world over, not a 12 digit number no one can remember. Everyone (mostly) can remember their email. :man_shrugging:

I hear you. Unfortunately you can’t use the email as a Primary Key in a database. When you join a club in PS it actually assigned a member #. Mine for CTASA is Practiscore Member #: 1001 But those that were imported does not have one autocreated like someone requesting to join. If you could make that field editable or force a creation for all those without then that would solve this problem.

These are the fields that are exported to csv. Since I can’t manage the data in PS, I am going to have to do it in MS Access. But to be able to update the info between the PS export and our existing data I need a field that does not change for each member. That Practiscore Member Number would work.
If all the members were assigned them. Which is why I am asking. Or for it to be editable like some of the other fields.
Name, Email, Phone, Sport Ids, Affiliation, Paid Date, Due Date, Custom Fee, Hash Tags, Practiscore Member Number,
