Cloned Match does not show up under our club's matches

We cloned a IDPA match for TAC2 for December. The match shows up when we search for TAC2 matches but it is not included in our dropdown to manage.
The match is TAC2 IDPA December

Whomever created the match from cloning got caught up in one of the reasons I don’t suggest cloning. The match dates are not correct. They were not all checked and corrected.
I suggest all the admins of your Club review this tutorial. Missing one line item when you clone can create a catastrophe.

Rules for match Creation, The 60 day suggestion and to Clone or Not to Clone

Lets start with the simplest part. The 60 day suggestion?? We do not recommend that you clone/create matches farther out than 2 months (60 days) or from a original match that is more than 2 months old… We definitely do not recommend cloning important higher level matches. (Level II, Area Champs, etc.) OR create matches for a complete year in say “January” We have found that web site changes on old cloned/created matches can create problems with registration and posting of scores as web site up…
